I'm guessing SMM will be found in contempt of court for prepping the witness they were told to stay away from. Who is monitoring this from japan? You cannot.
Let's see how smart they are, or not so smart (obvious) with their interrogation.
If they are found to be in collusion it will be game over for them. It may already be.
SMM as has been revealed in court, do not play by the rules. Why would they start now? The worst thing for us is they have had a little time to come up with one final play. It would have to be something special to turn this one around.
