From memory I think you have to hold 1 share to be a director; Mr Millazo holds 175,000 shares per 2014 Ann report likely purchased at 10c ea from the SPP.
I don't get your last post Dr; however I agree when your own money is on the line I would imagine decision making especially in regards to vital infrastructure for example tailings dam operation (including a fail safe plan) & open pit C & M would likely be highly scrutinized.
I imagine some directors maybe sitting on a loss of 4.7 cents at the moment; somewhat miffed (as most shareholders maybe) by the turn of events I would hazard to guess.
