Blatant and sustained price manipulation is now the standard paradigm for almost all trading on the ASX. It is fully endorsed by ASIC and is destroying not just the market, but the companies themselves. It is a disgrace and it is even worse when ASIC issued one of the dumbest and almost criminal speeding tickets ever when ANP showed a bit of positive price action after the AGM. They are utterly useless and an actual detriment to the market.
I also found out that is costs us shareholders a small fortune in legal fees just to formulate a formal response to the price queries. It is fair to say that everyone was furious.
