Anybody who says the sp hasn't been or still isn't being manipulated has got to be kidding themselves, people say that that Toad or any company can't do this because of disclosure and ASX rules and regs is dreamin, of coarse it can be, at arms length they can get the butcher, the baker or the candle stick maker to purchase small parcels of shares and down sell them at any time, it could occur so so easily?
