AO is he/she involved in negotiations, I certainly miss the contribution made enlightening us to the possibility of alternate solutions some of which has been alluded to in the boards statement, as for offers cant see ToDD making an independant offer to OCJ as that would be a breach,all they could offer is position in the final entity a partnership if you like , anyway they are my thoughts and cannot see how TODD are likely to get anywhere with this without a substantial offer, on my part it would be unacceptable to be part of any Todd based enterprise been in that position before with another group and they stripped it to a shell leaving nothing for shareholders in fact will never take on a non producer again.

so awaiting minimum 6.5c offer a start there would be a good show of faith, better still another party do it and snooker TODDS supply of high grade i/o
