I wouldn't expect an announcement from BSL as the supply of 2,000 odd tonnes of steel to BIS would be fairly immaterial.
But the supply of 2,000 odd tonnes of armour by a $40m mkt cap tiddler.....well, I would suggest it's VERY material.
