Price manipulation

This morning the SP of ATH went from 3.0c to 2.9c on the basis of 20 shares being sold for a total value of 58c.

The SP has been on a steady decline in the past few months and all this on the back of roadshows, poster sessions at conferences and imminent phase I results.

Unfortunately the pessimism in me makes me believe that there is systematic manipulation of the SP by Life Biosciences as they force the price down and slowly accumulate shares to the point that they make an eventual low ball take over offer to buy remaining shares prior to commencement of phase II trials. Such a scenario would be disastrous for long term share holders who would never reap the fruits of their hard labour. Sinclair is a smart businessman who probably believes that he may be on a winner with PBT434.

I hope I am way off the mark here and completely wrong but this company for many years now has continued to disappoint despite me believing in their science and in their scientists.
