The silence is deafening. I am sure phase I results are finalised and in typical Prana/ATH manner, they will take their time to report the results, giving Life Biosciences more time to accumulate shares at a lower price. I have no doubt that the results will be good demonstrating safety and possibly one or two nice surprises. On release of the phase I results will probably will see a small spike in SP into mid 3c before the SP decline and accumulation resumes. Then It will be just a matter of time before an announcement is made on a 100% acquisition of remaining ATH shares, most likely before commencement of phase II. Of course this is me just hypothesising and like I said before, I hope I have got it completely wrong.

Given the scenario above, may be a good idea to buy a few hundred thousand shares, however may struggle to get that quantity at the current asking price or lower.
