the volume is miniscule - people ae worried about a $150k sale on a $130m stock?
There will be people that unfortunately need the money for any reason and unfortunately in an illiquid stock like CQT at this time you have to sell at a low price. I refuse to knock people for this - you don't know their reason (they may need the money for a funeral!!).
It is being manipulated. On the bearish days, the capper(s) (you'll see the 50k @ 51c, 60k @52c, 35k @53c etc as the overhang) are there for scare tactics. Once a whiff a bullishness is in the air these sales are taken off the table until late in the day and then they pile the pressure back on.
This works while there is no volume anf if so, the accumulator needs 3-6mths to get their 5% stake.
