yep, people can not overestimate the risk in Victoria of blackouts or brownouts. None of the Electricity generators are investing in maintenance or capital works due to uncertainty over Emission Trading costs.... anyone with business critical electricity demands would find a Bluegen very useful as a base load supply for minimum critical power needs.
Any business that pays spot rates for electricity will also find a Bluegen unit far more cost effective in summer as a hedge against price spikes.
Barring mismanagement, CFU would seem to have a bright future.
