    so its 10 business days ??? which means by next Tuesday.

    so in the meantime lets cap the sp at 50c now or lower and all of a sudden, when the deal is recommended/endorsed by the board at 60c, thats a 20-25% premium to last traded price. Great what a deal (time to cash in my BBG chips).
