price move - is it over yet?

Hi friends,

Since ARE is very much a low volume or even one of those normally illiquid stocks, we may choose not to use volume to track or monitor its related price trend ( eg outbreak in vol leading to price outbreak subsequently etc). Instead we can use a price oscillator or even trendline outbreaks.

So having said that, if you are asking the question - "Is the price movement of ARE completed yet for the recent breakout?", let's take a look at a price chart of ARE with a price oscillator.



By using an oscillator, price indicator line is forced to move within a lower bound ( oversold ) to a upper bound (overbought) with a signal obtained by the intersection of the indicator line with a trigger line.

By comparing its previous entry and exit positions within a oscillator with its current position, we can try to get an idea of how far we are into the current price movement...and perhaps make a guess at what price will do next.
