My feeling about the CR, and it may have been said in amongst all the other posts, but my feeling it that it is a show of strength from GJ. Two reasons:

1: If SDL are in the perceived position of running low on funds it gives the potential partner more bargaining power in negotiations.

2: It shows the potential partner that funding can be sought from outside without too much problem so they better come to the table with a good deal.

Interesting times ahead.
