I wouldn't consider myself a non-believer T, but i do think there is another group (or individual) at play trying to manipulate or hold the share price down for whatever reason..
I remain cautious, and will continue to watch and wait as this plays out. The current rise may just be another pump and dump, but if the SP continues to rise all well and good.
We all know for NEU to really take off, we need some decent announcements from management to render these last players irrelevant.
