re: price Even in the unlikely event of a no vote and Tullow or others not pursuing a higher bid, I doubt HDR will fall back to $1-$1.20. Tullow has clearly flagged there is good medium term value in HDR, also even that incompetant tortoise Woodside will eventually turn around some of the Ching debacle over the next 12-18 months, and maybe, just maybe, advance some other Mauri prospect.
