Thanks for the info. It's always good to learn from others who have done well. While JUM has had a good run, if you believe in the company then you are better off holding. I read somewhere on another forum "never sell the good ones" and to stick with a stock while the story remains good. Some people won't ever get a ten bagger because they take profits too early.
I too look for companies with large growth potential. As my experience grows my stock picking has improved markedly. Picked up NMS, MBN and AZR 3 months ago so looking good. NMS in particular could (and is) set the world on fire.
