I can see your point. COB has a small MC despite the rise, I wouldn't solely use the chart to assess the situation.
I have been watching COB since IPO, unfortunately, I haven't ever had the chance to look into their announcement. Missed the boat I admit, but I will have a closer look now. My initial concern is how fast the cash could burn in COB.
Here is my 2 cents:
1. Chance of further capital raising. How long will their $5Mil cash last?
2. A big rise on a chart does not preclude a small cap company to rise further in share price, especially if it has largely been retail held. The institution hasn't even started accumulating at this phase.
