Even though I'm stating that IO will be around USD80 per tonne early next year I do not consider that to be a positive for FMG. By then the market will realize that their all up cost, excluding debt, is really mid to high 70s. I'm suspecting that IO will settle at about 80 for a considerable period of time, this resulting in the further weakening of FMGs sp. Their only slight reprieve may be an AUD at sub 70, even though many of their costs are closely associated with the USD, especially including debt.. Run for the Hills, not the red ones!!
