CFR touched 0.01 in late Feb after ann about the 224 carat ruby and then again in early March after ann about high grade gold sample. Both days it closed at 0.009.
IMO a "run" would be CFR going beyond 0.01 intraday and close at or above 0.01. This should move the oppies as well
