That simply won't happen.
If we're lucky enough to justify another divi next year, it'll be around the same time as this and the last (October) and unless we manage to see IOP average over 150USD for numerous months, there's no chance of 5c+. Maybe 2c if it's retainable.
We need to be realistic.
