The Fenix operation seems to be fairly straightforward - mine the ore. Ship it. Collect the money.
So have you contemplated that perhaps certain SH's are more than content with simply living off of the expected dividends from said operation rather than relying on someone to take those monies to further invest elsewhere?
I think those fortunate right now to not be in the red here should very strongly consider the most likely realisation that there won't be anymore dividends for a very long time, if ever, whilst this chairman is calling the shots.
