Still here in the background and happily holding, everything still moving along at roughly what I thought it would.
My rough calcs are we will end up with a half year NPAT of ~$32mil, and a FF dividend of 3.5c to be paid in April.
On the new Chairman and the loan share scheme, at this stage I’m in no way supportive of it at this point in time. Especially considering he could be issued these shares, and collect a dividend of 15% in April for nothing. If he was to bring something to the table that will significantly add shareholder value before the EGM and the SP goes up, then maybe I’d consider supporting it.
Until then, everything still looking good in the IO space moving into 2022, and IMO strong prices, profits and dividends to flow. Hopefully a strong acquisition along the way to secure the LT future of the company as well
