Unfortunately stock buying & selling using BOT is absolutely legal and so is shorting of stocks so not anyone can do here ... even ASX will give you their API if you are interested to create your BOT for trading .... !
There are many penny stocks in particular gets through BOT to allow accumulation of big quantity at lower price or selling without lowering market price significantly.
