Didnt say it was a pump and dump. However the stock is being held down. Its obvious. 5 million shares holding it below .019. Also BOD have to notify the market, but on market purchases from people around dont. Anyway, i want the .019 bloke to get out of the way so we can go onwards and upwards. But need to call a spade a spade. Someone playing around with it.
