QRS has said it will attempt to place 15mill shares in the short term (probably just following the Dec half results). According to the AGM notes, the raising will be priced at around 80% of the volume weighted average market price, as measured over 5 trading days ahead of the announcement of the raising (or the signing of a prospectus).
