Price of Oil up, EGO down

Posters implying the price of oil has been the driver for Empire's shareprice downward slide are seemingly incorrect.
The price of Brent is now at $40.85bbl but Empires shareprice hardly moves and if it does, the direction is south.

With the testing of RGN-1 coming up in the next few weeks one would think there may be some speculation as to the success of the tests, but no, nothing of the sort is happening.

There must be another reason or perhaps reasons for the company's shareprice moving within a tight range bound box which continues to fall.
