It used to be a ratio of > 10 - the P2O5 content divided by the sum of Fe, Al, Mg - though assume it has been relaxed as a result of tightness in the market. And where they are, and the type of ore they have, probably is not a problem to them. However these elements should still be reported, as they could be significant.
