No idea.
Though as a complete novice I was thinking about something like this the other day. I am not sure how oil goes any higher than $60 unless something really changes. Such as OPEC somehow agreeing some sort of output level with the Americans to reduce oil supply and push prices up.
If that doesn't happen then I can see the Saudi's starting a war to push prices up, as they need oil much higher. How are they going to get it up to $80+ where they need it.
Again - I know nothing.
