    Basically, in those figures I'm valuing the properties at a price where I feel SEA could sell them at today, no strings attached.

    If I were to value them more realistically including future upside, those figures would go up alot, especially with the Mississippian/Woodford! For future valuations, you can probably multiply that Miss/Woodford figure 4-fold alone. (even then, ~$8,000/acre in the rights areas will be very cheap in the future imo).

    All it takes is for my Miss/Woodford acreage current valuation to be increased to $4,000 per acre and that brings the valuation up to $1.30, where you see SEA at (no pun intended).

    A good chance of this continuing to run imo, if the DJI holds up. (The Dow could well be due a bit of a retrace though).
