the Chinese have been on holiday so it may or may not have influenced the spot uranium price however i think pen timing has been perfect on this, Gus will attain another uranium sales contract in the short term, remember 3 RFP were in place, 2 more utility to go! Just as the spot price made a bull run, gus is signing contracts on the top of it... if it comes down it dosent matter, pen securing long term contracts and when pen hits production the u spot price will be higher so pen can take the benefits...

As a side bonus if the spot price comes down further it will just continue to slow down other companies projects whilst pen has secured contracts at the peak of the last uranium price bull run...

Excellent timing, long term uptrend will be in place for the next year and a half..
