The thing I'd like to have explained is who is doing the scamming? Tangier don't get $$$ without funding is that correct? No directors can or have sold correct?
So the scam is for funds to sell after the pump, is that it? So the BOD have secret stash with funds under mates names? Sorry maybe I'm missing the huge piece of the puzzle, but where is the scam?
