I get a sense that they are preparing for an 'all cash' offer....

    I get a sense that they are preparing for an 'all cash' offer. They are controlling the price at $2.50 now. Logic would suggest that $3.10 is the starting point, given that they can't reduce the value of the bid without making an entire new offer document, although I'm sure many here would prefer an offer of $2.50 cash over $1.50 and pulp.

    Perhaps there is a loophole that will allow them to offer $2.50 cash .. and if there is you can be sure they will find it.
