Pricing varies across the range.... Safenet (US) pricing last year (US dollars) was GbE $50,000, 100Mbps $15,000-$20,000 and 10Mbps sub-$10,000.
Dont have a clue on the point-point link encryptors. Also dont have prices for Sonnet - although wouldnt be cheap.
Oh, and for those who had mentioned that Thales had released a GbE at same speeds as Senetas - yes they have, but it is via IPSec, which adds 40%+ to the size of the data, plus plenty of unwanted network latency.
This is one of the reasons Senetas is shooting the others down in technology capability.
