The delay and close communications so far suggest exact directive requirements required for approval absent any error have been formalised with accuracy.

GGG have made it very obvious to the GoG they are well and truly over the continual delays and we know from that the "Type1 and 2" staged strategy was formed to ensure completion for approval would be achieveable this time around.

Its a thought come to think of it. Because then the submission is out of GGGs hands once submitted. Its all up to the EAMRA processing timeframe from there. Once the EAMRA approves the EIA, the Ministry of Mineral Resources will manage the remainder of the licensing process, including formalising the public consultation process. Most of these submissions have already been done by GGG and accepted too.

Which will be great as the EARMA division can no longer slow the formalities down as has been seen so far due to considerable staff turn over and inexpereince in the field.

Even better still GGG wont be handling the EIA submission once in as Shared Resources, a renowned consultant, has been appointed to conduct the review of the final EIA.. Their job is to ensure the processing consistency and appropriate addressing of feedback from the Greenland Government and their advisors.
