It depends, many factors if you look at the equity objectively.

However, In my experience, there is usually very restricted sellers when a pending EIA or ML is lodged for a mining entity which makes buyers pay higher prices.
So you may see it rise price indeed especially on the back-end of easing Australian restriction and American economy re-opening back up there will be some driving force economically over the next 2 months

If this EIA goes through it will be the biggest major step for mining in Greenland IMO. Will open up interest of many other good speculative opportunities in Greenland for sure.
