Its a very smart move to have got ZFX and OXR merger as ZFX share holders bound to benefit from the merger. This can be seen when the merger is completed and if and when the OXR shares starts climbing. Anyway once the new name has been given to the merged company in September, in my opinion the share price is bound to go up, which will enable ZFX shareholders to recoup its losses.
eg:Bought 626 ZFX shares @$18.00 =$11268.00
After merger 626x3.1931=1998 OXR shares
say new share price goes upto $5.66,
this covers the original investment 1998x5.66=$11308.00
