NASDAQ actually used to be $5 to list but lowered in recent years although never @ $1.
$1 is the price it must hold to remain listed on the NASDAQ past that point it comes under notice.
Regardless it doesn't need to be at that price anyway it would just get bundled again maybe 20 or 30 x 1 but it does cost a fair bit of money I doubt they would do it anytime soon with the meagre bankroll.
FWIW ASX stocks have a pretty atrocious track record listing on the NASDAQ careful what you wish for.
