Both ranges will be a buy for me, also. This is not a matter of averaging down but rather accumulating as much as possible before the market catches on. Down to 0.045 cents again would be just too cheap for such a gem. Probably a good time to do a CR if any while prices are subdued before revenue keeps coming online. Should be at 10 cents still and beyond...
