That is fair to say. Still, I had a moment of clarity the other day and I am now more convinced than ever that this is going to work. the amount of times I'm hearing about the housing crisis (in so many countries), skilled labour shortages and construction companies going bust. the flood gates will open shortly and everyone will look back on this time for the company and say it was the obvious solution.
