There needs to be a restructuring of the board, and someone appointed in who can actually get some commercial traction
YES Mike Pivac needs to step down. Mark is the entrepreneur creator here, Mike is a free loading CEO employed by proxy.
It wasn't that long ago that Mike told the market FBR would minimise dilution by gaining funds from strategic partners. This was around the 1.5 billion shares on market; We are now approaching 4 billion.
