Back in Nov 26th CXB signed MOU to test pilgangoora project and 6 month is up.... today CXB goes in TH to raise Capital and MAYBE they liked what they have tested... MAYBE they require further funds to sign the offtake with PLC..... and MAYBE this is one which will deliver a SP off .10c for PLS...
