I'll keep this short and its most certainly not advice.

The experienced guys on these forums in this sector or 'shells' generally have one rule in common - get set at, very near to, or below the price directors get set at. The reason people have this rule is to limit potential downside and increase their risk/ reward profile.

There's a hundred other things to take into account but i think the above is important when approaching shells.

There's a number of variables driving price here including(but not limited to) sector hype and deal speculation.
