They're professionals - they walked in, had a look and wrote about what they saw. If it was a sham article that site would be shut down and they'd have quite the serious lawsuit on their hands (maybe they do, I wouldn't know and it doesn't matter now anyway). Still doesn't change the fact it was a dog act and will reflect on the share holders. Nothing is ever black and white...
