Just had a look on Bloomberg, and Billis is listed as having 194m shares and GPR 90m shares in Q1-25 (last set of data). Not sure if he uses other entities. The data you provided was from a year ago and barely scratches this holding. Do you know if more have been sold? You say dribble the share price, do you mean slam it?
Given the illiquidity and large concentrated holdings, its a very easy game to sell it down, and then trash talk the stock in public forums - do you reckon thats whats going on?
The share price is currently an unstable summary of the situation as you have an angry key shareholder clearly wanting to trash the company with large sellable holdings, meeting uncertainty due to the legal issues. Once these two factors are cleared up, we will know where we are.
