I think I have worked out what Billis et al are up to. It's actually as obvious as your nose on your face. Trash the buggery out of the company; get the share price down by constant bagging/ threats of ongoing legals/ class actions etc. with the strategy to see the share price go as low as possible and if they win the arbitration, they make a low ball bid for RIM thru Rand or one of Billis listed companies for 3 cents (which they will claim is a bargain when the share price is 1.8 cent , premium of 80% etc. and they will threaten if we all don't accept the bid RIM will be broke anyway) which will result in them getting it at a bargain if successful because it means they don't have to spend the additional $7 million to get to 51% of both JV's.
And if RIM win the arbitration the price will go up and they can sell out at a much higher price. Dirty pool but either way it comes off for them, they will probably make a killing.
