Ive gone over it dozens of times, but never hurts to keep tackling the ignorance. The price is in a vacuum of uncertainty caused the legal case. This happens to any company where issues such as these arise. We should know the drill by now.
A few other points worthy of observation: (1) No-one gambles astutely. Its an oxymoron. You invest astutely (2) You keep forgetting to mention the monster life-changing rally that happened before the legal stuff - why is that? (3) "Risk exposure". You literally have no idea what you are talking about, completely mis-using this term in this context.
But, as ever, lets wait for the arbitration verdict, and we can see how things roll from there. Stop the propaganda.
