Im still trying to figure out what's material for us here, which is not easy as Im not a lawyer. But it seems this is relevant from the top of the document:10 At its core, this case concerns a dispute between Mr Billis and Mr Giovinazzo over control of GPR and thus control of GPR’s shareholding in Rimfire and its interest in the Rimfire Agreements.
There is no mention of Rimfire in the conclusions to the judgement.
Its messy, but why should we care who has the holding as long as the project progresses at the current rate (whether partnered with GPR or other)?
