I defer to those who are better versed on this matter (and/or have a legal perspective), but I cant find anything in the entire judgement that casts aspersions on Rimfire, specifically their behaviour, or their probity. Thats the hard bottom line for me at the moment. They have been drawn into this ugly spat by virtue of agreements which seem to have been entered into in good faith (and seemingly good due diligence).
