Bob your comments are quite valid. Since 2022 the calls on GPR were arranged by Giovinazzo who was never a director of GPR. Where did that money come from? By the statements in this judgment it is highly likely that these funders were defrauded. One would also think that GPR has suffered damages because of the conduct of Giovinazzo and RIM. I see resource draining litigation on the horizon for RIM.
Docmin24 believes the board acted in "good faith". I don't share his confidence about that! The board dealt with a convicted fraudster for over two years who masqueraded as a director of GPR with robust warnings at RIM board meetings from a former director of RIM. In 2022 former director of RIM, Mr Collins, was very vocal at board level about the illegitimacy of Giovinazzo as a director of GPR. That throws into question the level of judgment of the current RIM board. To say they acted in good faith doesn't cut it!
