    Again with the caveat that I’m not a lawyer, but it’s very important the judgement said nothing negative about RIM as far as I can see - if GPR amongst themselves disagree with who is in charge, and they invested with the company stamps, how could RIM reasonably be held to be party to their nonsense? Any fraud begins and ends with GPR.

    Previous from disaffected board members should be easily discounted as partisan irrelevance. If fraud was evident then it should have been proved, and no doubt it would have been acted on.

    If the new management at GPR want in, they are already in: if they want out, I’m sure their money would be happily returned via a new earn-in investor. Anything else smacks of more politics, and let’s keep that out of this business and as the gent above said, let’s keep the drills moving and let the resource do the talking
